1. A conditional Letter of Intent was executed on 15 April 2020 between Energy Transformer Malaysia & Hualang to invest as equity partner toward a transfer of technology in the production of solid BIO COAL (a green solid energy biofuel). The European technology is via ALCHEMY BIO INDUSTRIES which manages Business Development, R&D and marketing.


2. An MOU was executed on 10 April 2020 between Hualang and HH Group to explore the operations and joint ownership of existing 3 hydropower plants of 180MW in Vietnam.
